Honey+Buzz is an idea-driven, brand experience agency creating and executing innovative multi-channel campaigns for the new age of audience connection. We are part of Allied Global Marketing (AGM). AGM is a full-service integrated marketing agency working with the world's largest entertainment, consumer and lifestyle brands.

 

Location

Anywhere will work… our head office is in Dublin and we have an office in London but remote working is fine by us. We have the infrastructure to allow our team to collaborate no matter where they are. If it works for the team, it works for us. Note: There will however be the requirement for some in person meetings from time to time.

 

Where does this role fit within the overall business? A member of the Client Services team that is responsible for delivering best-in-class live and virtual projects across a portfolio of clients.

 

What is the purpose of this role? To be part of a team that successfully delivers against the client’s objectives and ensures a smooth and measured approach is carried throughout each campaign. Maintain perfect event activation and ensure all live event staff are excellent when working on client campaigns.

 

Ideal candidate: The ideal candidate will have experience working in a live events agency or brand/client side delivering live and virtual events.

 

What are the core responsibilities?

 

1)     Campaign Activation;

a)     Activate new and existing client campaigns from strategy/pitch to implementation. 

b)     Continuously liaising with clients/stakeholders to manage expectations

d)     Activating all aspects of admin of a client account in a professional and timely manner, ensuring deadlines are clearly managed and met

2)     Team Management;

a)     Recruit and manage all event staff within the agency

b)     Manage Team Leaders to ensure successful delivery of campaigns, time management and deliverables

c)      Regular check-ins with senior members of the team

3)     Client Services;

a)     Build strong relationships with your clients, liaising with them on a day-to-day basis

b)     Attend client meetings

Client Activation 40% : Client Liaison 30% : Event Staffing 30%

Candidate Profile

a)     1 year + marketing/agency experience

b)     Excellent attention to detail

c)      Strong interpersonal and communication skills

d)     Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Office/Word

e)      In depth knowledge of experiential marketing campaigns/activities

f)      Ambitious and looking to learn and personally develop
